What Is A Deposit limit?

Deposit limits allow you to limit the amount of money you can deposit into your account. CrownBet allows you to set daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly deposit limits.

You can set a deposit limit within the registration form of a new account. If you already have an account, you can set or manage your deposit limits by logging into your CrownBet account and going into the ‘Account’ section. From here you can click on ‘Responsible Gambling’ then ‘Limits – View Deposit Limit’. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Team via email at [email protected] and request that a deposit limit be put in place.

The amount of your deposit limit can be reduced at any time and the changes you make will be effective immediately. If you wish to remove or increase your deposit limit, the changes will come into effect 7 days
after the initial limit period.

What Are Short And Long Breaks?

Short and long breaks allow you to take a break from gambling.

A short break enables you to temporarily disable your account for a period of between 1 day and 6 weeks.

You can set a short break by logging into your CrownBet account and going into the ‘Account’ section. From here you can click on ‘Responsible Gambling’ then ‘Breaks - View Short Break’. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Team via email at [email protected] and request a short break be put in place.

If you feel you are at risk of developing a gambling problem and need a lengthier break from gambling or you believe you currently have a gambling problem, CrownBet provides long breaks.

A long break enables you to temporarily disable your account for 6 months or 12 months.

You can set a long break by logging into your CrownBet account and going into the ‘Account’ section. From here you can click on ‘Responsible Gambling’ then ‘Breaks - View Long Break’. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Team via email at [email protected] and request a long break be put in place.

Once you begin a short or long break, you will not be able to bet on any CrownBet products. All placed bets will stand. At the end of your selected break period your account will automatically be reopened (subject to CrownBet’s rights set out in the Terms and Conditions).

What Is A Permanent Exclusion?

If you have tried temporary breaks but they are not working for you, permanent exclusion from CrownBet is available.

With permanent exclusion your CrownBet account will be permanently closed, and where we can identify them, any attempts to open new accounts will be blocked. This type of request can’t be reversed.

You can permanently exclude by logging into your CrownBet account and going into the ‘Account’ section. From here you can click on ‘Responsible Gambling’ then ‘Permanent Exclusion – View Permanent Exclusion’. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Team via email at [email protected] and request to be permanently excluded.
